Gloomy Pixel Studio strives to ensure that our games are safe by using information provided to us in a way that complies with international standards such as GDPR, COPPA, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and others.

Data Collection and Processing

Elemental Guardians TD does not collect any sensitive or private information. All data processing in the app is limited to:

• Checking internet connection to display advertisements through Google Ads.
• Processing information necessary for completing in-app purchases via the Google Play Store. No data is collected by the app itself.

There are no login functions, chat functions, text entry systems, or any mechanisms that allow the player to send personally identifiable information (PII) to Gloomy Pixel Studio or any third party within the Elemental Guardians TD app.

Advertisements

Elemental Guardians TD uses Google Ads to display advertisements. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles data.

Player Support

If players contact Gloomy Pixel Studio support via support@gloomypixelstudio.com regarding an issue with Elemental Guardians TD, we record the contact email to reply to the support ticket and request additional details if necessary. All player information (email, browser information, and/or player ID) is deleted once the ticket is closed.
